About

Orbit Dock Pro is a native Mac launcher that appears at the pointer instead of remaining at the edge of the display. A keyboard shortcut or screen-edge gesture opens its circular interface, where the user can launch apps, files and folders with a click. Separate profiles can group items for activities such as design, coding or everyday work, each with its own shortcut. The app also shows running applications, supports Quick Look previews, lets users quit apps from the launcher, and works across multiple displays. Its settings cover size, colours, highlights, borders and animation. Orbit Dock stores its data locally and requires neither an account nor an internet connection. The current live price is shown as a one-time Mac App Store purchase, with no subscription, and the site requires macOS 14 or later. Okan Dogu Budak identifies himself as the independent developer who designs, builds and supports the app. His Indie Hackers profile under @doguapps describes Orbit Dock Pro as solo and bootstrapped, and explicitly says there is no VC. The product is a desktop productivity utility; it does not list startups or accept launch submissions.
