About these terms

These terms apply when you use ZeroRaised. ZeroRaised is operated by ThinkingAI Limited in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

Acceptable use

Use ZeroRaised lawfully and in a way that does not harm the site or other people. You must not:

interfere with the site, bypass security or rate limits, or introduce malicious code;
automate, buy, trade, or manipulate votes;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to a product; or
submit material that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

Launch submissions

You are responsible for making sure a submission is accurate, current, and yours to submit. This includes claims about the product, its maker, its funding, and any supporting links. Do not include confidential information or personal information you do not have permission to provide.

You keep ownership of your submission. You give ThinkingAI Limited permission to host, format, reproduce, and display the submitted material only as needed to operate and promote ZeroRaised and the listing. We may review, reject, correct, or remove a submission that is inaccurate, ineligible, unlawful, or contrary to these terms.

Featured slots and sponsorship

Paid featured slots and sponsorship are purchased through Stripe. The description, price, and billing basis shown on ZeroRaised and at Stripe checkout form part of your purchase. Paid placement is labelled and does not buy votes or an organic rank. Payment for a launch-related offer does not guarantee that a submission will be approved.

TikTok

ZeroRaised uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API only to upload ZeroRaised's own content to ZeroRaised's own TikTok accounts. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never shared. No other TikTok user data is collected.

This TikTok connection is an operator tool. It does not let site visitors post to TikTok through ZeroRaised. To request deletion of the OAuth tokens or a related record, email hello@zeroraised.com.

Availability and no warranty

ZeroRaised is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular ranking, traffic, sales, funding, or any other result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkingAI Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of ZeroRaised. Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

UK law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to use another court or requires another law to apply.
