Who we are

ZeroRaised is operated by ThinkingAI Limited in the United Kingdom. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@zeroraised.com.

Information we handle

Launch submissions. We handle the product and maker information you put in a submission. An email is required so we can confirm the submission and contact you about its review.
Anonymous voting. Voting does not require an account. We use a browser cookie to recognise a vote and a hashed IP address to apply rate limits. The hash is used to limit abuse rather than to publish an IP address.
Payments. Stripe processes payments for paid featured slots and sponsorship. Payment information entered at checkout is handled by Stripe, and ZeroRaised receives the information needed to confirm and fulfil the purchase.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand use of the site.

How we use information

We use this information to operate ZeroRaised, review and publish launch submissions, contact makers about their submissions, record votes, limit abuse, understand site use, and process and fulfil paid placements.

Information included in a published launch is public. Please do not submit personal information that you do not want included in a public listing.

Service providers

Supabase stores application data, Vercel provides analytics, and Stripe processes payments. Those providers process information needed to provide their services under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

ZeroRaised uses a signed browser cookie for anonymous voting. You can clear cookies through your browser, although doing so resets the browser's local voting record. Network rate limits still apply.

TikTok

ZeroRaised uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API only to upload ZeroRaised's own content to ZeroRaised's own TikTok accounts. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never shared. We do not collect any other TikTok user data.

To request deletion of TikTok OAuth tokens or any related ZeroRaised record, email hello@zeroraised.com. You can also revoke ZeroRaised's access from the connected TikTok account.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information connected with you by emailing hello@zeroraised.com. Please identify the submission, account, purchase, or TikTok connection involved so we can find the right record. We may need to verify that the request relates to you, and legal obligations may require us to keep some records.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or its data use changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
