How to use the directory tracker
A directory tracker should help you choose relevant places, not encourage sending the same pitch everywhere. Begin with fit. A developer community expects something people can run or inspect; an early-stage directory may care about novelty and launch timing; a software catalogue may expect an established category and comparable products. Read the linked primary rule page before submitting. The notes here summarise only the fields we checked. They do not promise acceptance, traffic, rankings, backlinks, or a particular review time.
Cost labels describe the submission route, not the product’s own pricing. Free means the reviewed standard route did not require a listing fee. Paid means the site says all submissions or the listed route require payment. Mixed means a free or standard path exists alongside a paid speed or promotion option. Optional promotion should be evaluated separately from eligibility. Record the amount and date yourself before paying, because offers change. An account requirement can also change: create profiles early, complete any onboarding, and avoid launching from a brand-new account where community rules discourage it.
Prepare one source-of-truth folder before opening forms. Include the canonical URL, concise name, specific tagline, longer original description, category, maker name, square logo, landscape screenshot, social preview, pricing summary, and a correction contact. Keep a plain-text version so formatting does not introduce strange characters. Tailor the first paragraph to the destination rather than changing factual claims. If a community asks for a personal explanation, write it as the maker and disclose your relationship. Never manufacture reviews, usage figures, customers, funding status, or hands-on experience to fill a field.
Use the filters to make a short queue, then mark a destination only after the form is actually sent. Progress is stored locally in this browser; ZeroRaised receives no submission history and there is no email gate. Save the resulting listing URL elsewhere once it is approved. Revisit rejected or pending entries only when the site invites an update. Repeated submissions can look like spam and may violate relaunch rules. When a listing goes live, check the name, destination URL, category, pricing, and attribution rather than focusing only on whether the link is followed.
Every record shows a checked date and a source link so you can verify the current rule. If a cost, account requirement, submission URL, or eligibility note is wrong, use the correction route with the directory name, the changed fact, and the official source. ZeroRaised reviews corrections before changing the dataset. We do not sell placement in this tracker, submit products automatically, or contact directory operators on a maker’s behalf. The most useful tracker is a small, maintained list with explicit uncertainty, not a large spreadsheet of abandoned forms and copied claims.

This tracker is a short personal checklist. See the full list of checked launch sites for pricing, account rules and link values across more sites.
