Squad
Curated
AI teammates that connect to existing AI subscriptions and business tools to carry out scheduled work.
About
Squad provides named AI teammates that carry out recurring business work on a schedule. Each teammate has a job, a set of permissions, a work log and a daily cap; customer-facing actions can be held for human approval. The live examples cover inbox triage, invoice chasing, weekly reports, lead research, customer support, bookkeeping preparation, meeting notes and competitor monitoring. Squad connects to a company’s existing tools and uses an AI plan the customer already pays for. Its site lists ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SuperGrok and several open-model providers, with the option to assign different models to different teammates. The standard plan is listed at $99 a month, before the cost of the customer’s chosen AI subscription and optional extras. The About page names co-founders Bhanu Teja Pachipulusu, Sai Dheeraj Pachipulusu and Thibault ‘Tibo’ Louis-Lucas, and links their profiles. It explains that the product grew from an internal system used to run SiteGPT and other companies. Tibo’s @tibo_maker launch update describes Squad as a bootstrapped team. Squad is work-automation software rather than a directory, launch board or place to submit a startup.
