What the Zapier App Directory is#
The Zapier App Directory lists the apps people can connect inside Zapier to automate their work. You get listed by building a public integration on the Zapier Developer Platform, which Zapier reviews before adding it to the directory.
Who it suits#
Its audience is people connecting apps and automating workflows, so it fits makers whose product has an API worth wiring into other tools. Zapier's publishing requirements ask for an app that is already publicly launched, with documented APIs, production API endpoints and an integration written in English. If your API is the product, our guide on how to market an API covers what to do beyond the listing.
How to submit#
- Build your integration on the Zapier Developer Platform, either in the Platform UI without code or with the Platform CLI.
- Test every trigger, action and search in Zap workflows. Each test Zap should be turned on with at least one successful run.
- Check your integration against Zapier's publishing requirements.
- Log into the Platform UI, select your integration, click Publish in Integration Home, complete the online form and click Submit for Review.
- Once approved, the integration is added to the app directory with a Beta tag.
Cost, link type and review time#
- Cost: Free. Building a public integration costs nothing and there are no fees for publishing one (publishing guide).
- Link type: nofollow. On a sampled listing checked on 2026-10-19, the "Learn more" link to the app's homepage carried rel=nofollow noopener noreferrer.
- Review time: A Zapier developer contacts you within 1 week or less with any outstanding requirements, and an approved integration spends 90 days in public beta before it becomes public (publishing guide).
The catch#
This is not a quick listing. You need a working integration, a test account with any paid features switched on and no trial limits, and an admin team member with an email address from your app's or API's top-level domain (publishing requirements). Zapier also says the app itself must be fully launched, not invite-only or in beta, so a pre-launch product does not qualify. For lighter places to list, see our launch sites page.
ZeroRaised lists products from makers with no institutional VC or accelerator equity. If that describes you, submit your product to ZeroRaised.
